Registration Deadline: June 1, 2026
Teams applying will play in their 2026-2027 age group and will be playing by birth year. We will play U8 to U10 (7 v 7), U11 and U12 (9 v 9), and U13-U19 (11 v 11). All applications will need to have payment with them to be considered. This alone does not automatically enter your team.
All games will be at Galway Downs
**NOTE: ANY TEAM THAT SIGNS UP FOR THE WRONG AGE GROUP WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT UNLESS THERE IS ROOM IN THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP. IF THERE IS NO ROOM IN THE PROPER AGE GROUP THE TEAM WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE TOURNAMENT FILLS THEIR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT.
Teams traveling in from out of state will be granted early acceptance.

We will be using Online Check-In.
Teams do not need to worry about travel papers.
All teams will be scheduled to play at minimum of 3 games.
Applicant expressly recognizes and agrees that inclement weather situations are beyond the control of the tournament, and no credits or refunds will be given in the event that inclement weather interferes with, alters, or results in the cancelation of scheduled matches.
In the event of inclement weather forcing play to be halted and preventing the match from completing during the scheduled time, the score shall stand if at least one-half of the match has been completed.
Coaches that have multiple teams in the tournament need to have the correct head coach listed as Primary head coach on by the deadline of the application. The Atournament will do its very best to accommodate all coaches’ conflicts, but there are no guarantees.
Team Awards will be given to the first and second place team members and coach. Champions will receive team trophy, medals, and champions hat. Finalist will receive medals.

Please note: Once your team has been accepted and paid their entry fee, refunds will not be given. Teams can petition for a refund via email djohnson@sandiegorush.com. The Tournament Directors will consider if adequate notice was given to find another team and determine if any administrative expenses have been incurred. The tournament reserves the right to apply an administrative fee should a refund be granted in all cases of $75.
